Why The Need?
Private contributions are seed money. They allow scientists to pursue promising new ideas and research that is not available through other funding. - When you give to the "greatest need," you are allowing our scientists, physicians and administrators to direct your gift to an unmet need or an unforeseen opportunity.
- CTRC CABINET
- In 1996, the CTRC Board of Governors chartered the Cabinet as an annual giving society comprised of donors contributing at least $1,000 annually.
- Office of Development
- To raise private philanthropic monies from individuals, corporations and foundations in support of the institutional fundraising priorities as established by the cancer center’s Board of Governors and administration.
- Cancer Center Council (CCC)
- The CCC was organized in 1984 with a mission to support the CTRC through cancer education, community outreach, fundraising, patient assistance and volunteer services.
