Dr. Otto is a radiologist who has dedicated her career to breast cancer imaging and intervention. In addition, she has been very active in developing programs and processes to improve the care of breast cancer patients. She is co-chair of the breast tumor board and interim chair of the department of radiology at the Health Science Center. Originally trained as a nurse with a BSN from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she later attended medical school at her undergraduate alma mater before completing radiology residencies at both the Health Science Center and the University of Florida at Gainesville. Dr. Otto’s finished her training with a postdoctoral fellowship in chest radiology and mammography at the Health Science Center.
